What do I need for the reamplification PCR?

In addition to the PCR Add-on and Reamplification Kit V2 (Cat. No. 208), you will also need an additional Purification Module with Magnetic Beads (Cat. No. 022.96). This is required to purify the reamplified libraries after the PCR.
