What deliverables are being sent after the data analysis?

Our deliverables include all standard data analysis outputs, like:

• Demultiplexed files (FASTQ)

• Trimmed files (FASTQ)

• Aligned files (BAM)

• Rseqc (.txt)

• Gene counts + counting summary (.tsv)

• Differential expression + DE summary (.tsv)

• PCA plot

• Multiqc reports – raw, trimmed, alignment, rseqc (.html)

Depending on the RNA- or DNA-Seq application, additional specific devilerables are included. Please request more information during consultancy or via services@lexogen.com. Additional analyses can be requested, depending on the scope these may be connected with an extra charge. All deliverables are summarized in a pdf report.
