What does a typical LUTHOR HD 3’ mRNA-Seq library look like?

LUTHOR HD uses a proprietary technology to generate libraries that may present varying shape and size distributions depending on the type of input sample (e.g., degraded and/or low quality RNA produce shorter library inserts than high quality RNA). The majority of inserts are greater than 100bp in size, corresponding to final library fragment sizes ≥ 300bp.
