Can cells be frozen and stored in the Cell Lysis Buffer?

Pre-sorted cells and cell suspensions can be stored at -80°C in the Cell Lysis Buffer (CLB) provided with the LUTHOR HD kit. When ready to proceed to the library prep, samples can be thawed and then cell lysis can be performed.

ATTENTION! The cell lysis step should not be performed before freezing the samples!
