No. LUTHOR HD data complements 10x Genomics data. LUTHOR HD will detect more transcripts and genes due to the superior THOR mRNA conversion efficiency. Whereas 10x Genomics v3 typically converts 1 every 3 mRNA molecules into cDNA, THOR captures almost 100% of the mRNA molecules present in each sample. The difference will be primarily noticeable with low expressing genes (which are represented with 1 - 10 transcript copies per cell).
