Lexogen Online FAQs

What starting materials are you accepting?

We recommend starting from total RNA, and we accept RNA samples in nuclease-free water. However, we have extensive experience extracting RNA from various sample types, including cells, tissues, blood, FFPE curls, etc., and we also offer RNA extraction services. We also accept sorted cells for single-cell RNA-Seq and ultra-low input RNA-Seq.

For DNA sequencing, we accept purified double-stranded DNA (i.e., gDNA, PCR amplicons) in nuclease-free water, TE buffer, or low-TE buffer (10mM Tris-HCl, 0.1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0). DNA extraction services can be provided upon request. Send us details of your samples via this form.
