Sample FFPE tissue Ssample input should be 100-800mm800 mm2 in surface or 1-15mg 15 mg in weight FFPE tissue, and up to 10µm 10 µm in thickness.
For higher input amounts, we recommend performing a pilot experiment first, to evaluate RNA extraction efficiency.

If higher input amounts are used, we cannot guarantee optimal extraction results and would recommend to first perform a pilot experiment.
