Sample input should be 100-800mm2 or 1-15mg FFPE tissue, and up to 10µm in thickness.
For higher input amount, we recommend performing a pilot experiment to evaluate RNA extraction efficiency.

If higher input amounts are used, we cannot guarantee optimal extraction results and would recommend to first perform a pilot experiment.
