How long does it take to generate QuantSeq libraries ?

Lexogen's QuantSeq 3' mRNA-Seq library preparation protocols are designed to generate sequence-ready Illumina-compatible libraries from polyadenylated RNA within 4.5 hours.

When carrying out the protocol for the first time, please allow for more time, including time for performing the qPCR assay (~ 2.5 hours).
