QuantSeq-Flex is a library preparation protocol designed to make Illumina-compatible libraries from any RNA sample, using custom primers. QuantSeq-Flex combines the use of the QuantSeq FWD Kit (Cat. No. 191-196) with the following Modules:

  • QuantSeq-Flex First Strand Synthesis Module V2

  • QuantSeq-Flex Second Strand Synthesis Module V2
