With which species is CORALL V2 compatible?

CORALL has broad species compatibility and will work for all RNA, regardless of origin (including bacteria), as long as there is enough input material. A suitable reference genome will be required to align sequencing reads to for data analysis.
CORALL can be used with total RNA as input. However, a ribosomal RNA depletion (rRNA) or poly(A) RNA enrichment is typically recommended prior to CORALL Library Prep, in order to exclude ribosomal RNAs that can otherwise account for >90 % of mapped sequencing reads.
