RiboCop for Plants was tested extensively on RNA of varying quality isolated from Arabidopsis thaliana. Additionally, RiboCop for Plants is suitable for depletion of rRNA from Glycine max (soy bean), Zea mays (corn), Lactuca saltiva (salad), and Humulus lupulus (hop).
