What input amounts of plant RNA can be used?

The recommended input range for efficient depletion of rRNA with RiboCop rRNA Depletion Kit for Plants is 1 – 1,000 ng of total RNA.

Higher input amounts are recommended for degraded plant RNA, starting at 10 ng (but not exceeding 1 µg).
