How long does the protocol take?

The extraction of total RNA or the large RNA-enriched fraction takes around 30 min. If small and large RNA-enriched fractions are to be extracted, a total time of 35 min can be estimated.

The workflow can be seen in the schematic overview on our SPLIT webpage and in our SPLIT User Guide .
