How many RNA extractions can be performed with the SPLIT Kit?

SPLIT contains enough reagents to extract total RNA from 48 samples.

If desired, a supplementary protocol is available for the extraction of large and small RNA-enriched fractions. With this workflow, SPLIT contains enough reagents for the isolation of the large RNA-enriched fraction from 48 samples, or small and large RNA-enriched fractions from 24 samples.
